How to request deletion of your data

If you are a buyer

  1. Email aikestudio@aike.tools with the subject "Delete my AIKE Ventas data".
  2. Include your WhatsApp number and the name of the business you wrote to.
  3. We will reply within 15 business days to confirm that your conversations and data were deleted. We may ask you to confirm from that same WhatsApp number that the request is yours.

You can also ask the business directly, since it is the controller of your data.

If you use the AIKE Ventas dashboard

Email aikestudio@aike.tools from your account's email address and ask us to delete your account.

What is deleted and what is not

We delete your number, your name, your conversations and the data you provided. The business may keep the data of a completed order when the law requires it (for example, the invoice). More details in the privacy policy.
